We use first-party analytics to understand whether campaign pages are loading, which public pages are read, which links are clicked, and whether paid or organic outreach is working. This includes page views, scroll depth, click labels, section names, paths, referring domain, UTM parameters, campaign/content tags, ad click identifiers that appear in the landing URL, browser language, time zone, viewport bucket, device category, coarse country/region/city when available, session ID, visitor ID, hashed IP, user-agent data, and delivery/queue status for analytics events.
We use this information for aggregate campaign reporting, site quality, ad attribution, fraud prevention, security review, and compliance records. For example, a Meta ad may send a visitor to a URL with utm_source=meta, utm_medium=paid, utm_campaign, utm_content, and a platform click identifier. We use those values to count campaign performance; we do not use a Meta Pixel on this site.
We may use Google Analytics or Cloudflare aggregate analytics when configured, and we may receive aggregate reporting from ad platforms where campaign ads run. Those third parties process data under their own policies. We do not run Adobe tracking.
The site uses first-party browser storage such as vg_visitor_id, vg_session_id, and attribution or event-queue keys to keep analytics consistent across page views and to retry delivery when a connection fails. You can clear these values through your browser settings. If you block or clear storage, the site should still work, but analytics may count you as a new visitor.
Like most websites, our servers and security systems may log request time, method, host, path, response status, response time, referrer, user-agent, IP address or hashed IP, Cloudflare Ray ID, country/region/city, ASN, bot score, and related request metadata. We use this for security, abuse prevention, uptime, debugging, and compliance. Raw IP address and full user-agent data are treated as operational security data and are not used to identify voters for persuasion by default.
We use contact information for campaign updates, volunteer coordination, endorsement follow-up, support requests, compliance records, and voter-contact operations when you have provided the information or opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not join form PII to behavioral visitor/session identifiers by default for persuasion targeting.
Contributions or gifts to Adam Neil Arafat for Congress are not tax-deductible. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Some records may need to be retained for legal, compliance, accounting, security, or campaign-finance reasons.
